Sweet, warm spices, and 'gifty'
At the heart of this trio is raw demerara sugar, which undergoes a slow-smoking process using repurposed bourbon barrel staves. This method imbues the sugar with a rich, smoky depth, creating a unique base that enhances the natural allure of each flavor. We then infuse this smoky sugar with ethically sourced warming spices—each chosen to complement the distinct character of cinnamon, vanilla, and orange.
Bourbon Smoked Sugars Trio - Orange, Vanilla, Cinnamon
We slow-smoke our Sugars in small batches using industrial, 'Southern Pride' smokers. Trays of Sugars are slow-smoked using staves from oak bourbon barrels that once held some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon. The process gives our Bourbon Smoked Sugars a unique, smoky flavor that’s rich, reminiscent toasted marshmallow and hints of each individual added warming spices.
