Laura Zindel Design studio is located in Brattleboro, Vermont. Laura and her husband Thorsten Lauterbach work with a small team of skilled local artisans to produce their line of distinctive tableware.

Their handmade tableware is fabricated with small batches of white ceramic earthenware and hand brushed with their signature glazes. The surface of each piece is then collaged with enamel transfers of Laura's detailed graphite pencil drawings of flora and fauna. Each piece is fired three times to create the rich surfaces of their heirloom place settings, serving dishes and table accessories.

Their tableware celebrates nature, curiosity and wonder. Laura's wish is for her collectors to be able to curate from her menagerie their own personal cabinet of curiosities.... and put their story on the table.
