    Dehydrated Onion and Garlic, Whey, Sea Salt, Natural Cheese Flavor (Manchego Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Enzymes], Whey, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt), Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Spices (Black Pepper, Parsley), Evaporated Cane Juice, Nonfat Dry Milk, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavor, Lactic Acid, and less than 2% Soybean Oil and Silicon Dioxide added as processing aids. Contains: Milk.

  • Manchego Cheese Seasoning Preparation & Instructions (Makes 1 Batch)

    You Will Need

    • 1 medium head of cauliflower
    • 1 Tbsp. oil
    • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
    • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Manchego & Roasted Garlic Veggie Roaster

     

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice the cauliflower into 1/2 inch “steaks” and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together olive oil, melted butter and cauliflower seasoning. Brush onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through. Adapt this recipe for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.
